The Artists Well
The Artists Well draws on the ancient idea of a well - a shared place of nourishment, thirst, exchange, and renewal. A place where people gather, draw what they need, and return to.
Led by Lynn Feasey, The Artists Well offers organizations a year-round way to support artists through workshops, weekly live problem-solving, co-working, community connection, guest expertise, and a values-based approach that helps artists become more self-determined in the way they create, decide, and build sustainable lives around their work.
All in one, safe, supportive, generative community.
What is the Artists Well Community?
The Artists Well is a community of support for artists and creatives working in all genres - a place where personal and professional development, meaningful connection, learning and problem solving come together.
It is built on a simple idea: artists need more than occasional workshops or scattered resources. Artists need reliable, knowledgeable, supportive resources - a place to find community like-minded artists, to be encouraged, challenged, celebrated, supported, and equipped as whole people: creatively, personally, professionally - and financially.
CORE PHILOSOPHY
The Artists Well is grounded in the belief that artists thrive best when they are supported in becoming more self-determined - clear in their values, connected to their why, and able to make decisions that reflect who they are and what they are here to create.
This values-based approach shapes every dimension of an artist’s life and practice; from pricing, selling, and professional choices to creative direction, wellbeing, boundaries, habits, and long-term sustainability.
When artists are clear on their values and connected to their deeper why, decisions become more intuitive, confidence deepens, and the path ahead feels truly their own.
It is from this place that the whole artist flourishes.

WHY THIS MATTERS FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Many organizations want to support artists more fully, yet staff time, experience and funding may be limited. One-off programming rarely creates lasting momentum. The Artists Well helps fill that gap with a living structure artists can return to throughout the year.
It also creates a support system that does not rely only on the organization itself, but on the strength of the management team and the community: artists learning from artists, artists encouraging artists, and artists seeing themselves reflected in one another’s experience.
Staff can learn how to better support artists through participation and training inside The Artists Well. This is an entirely GENERATIVE offering.

One-Off Workshop

Brief engagement with limited follow-through - transactional vs relational
Participation can be modest
Minimal to zero built-in community building after the session ends - can be generative, but also transactional without on-going support

Monthly workshops, weekly support “office hours”, and repeated points of direct connection
Available to all artists year-round (live and recorded content)
Relationship Building: ongoing peer exchange, co-working, celebration, and visibility

Hi, I’m Lynn
I'm passionate about helping artists like you understand where these two parts of yourself meet - so that pricing and selling aren’t just business tactics,
but expressions of your values, your aspirations, and your creative identity.
When you take time to do this inner work -
to get clear on who you are, what you value, and why you create - you stop chasing someone else’s strategy and start building one that actually fits you.
"I have had the pleasure of working with Lynn on and off for many years and in many parts of the world. She is a fierce and capable art consultant and curator, with a fine eye for detail, strong support for her artists, and a graceful persistence when there is pressure to get a show ready for the public. Lynn brings a positive energy and years of experience to her work and in the five exhibitions I have done with her, I have watched her turn them into something special."
CHRISTOPHER PORTER CINEMATOGRAPHER, FILMMAKER & FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHER
"Lynn's Wayfinding Sessions are what I've been seeking for many years, since moving to Canada from Mexico.
Thanks to her expertise in several areas of the arts, she has a panoramic view of the sector and knows the intricacies of building an art career. She also has the sensitivity to understand the struggles of being an artist, and also knows how to put in action very specific tasks that allow change and growth.
One of the most valuable aspects of this work is not only her unique inside-out approach to finding my path to become the artist I want to be, coupled with the guidance of an experienced mentor."
DIEGO NARVAEZ, ARTIST
“When I first met Lynn, I was showing art in a local coffee shop. Lynn has given me invaluable advice that has played a big role in helping me grow my art career. I have since done a solo touring show to public galleries and museums, group and solo gallery shows, art festivals, international art fairs, cultural events… and I'm currently prepping my first international solo show."
